What if I do not have the internet or my internet service is down?
Online ordering is the only way we will accept lunch orders and payment. If you do not have the internet or it is down, you may try the local library or a friend’s house to place your order.
When is the cut off date to place our monthly order?
You will be able to place your order up until the 20th of each month for the following month. This date allows us to process all orders and give ample time to all of our providers to place accurate orders and to ensure proper delivery.
What will happen if we do not have school on a scheduled lunch day or half day?
The online calendar for ordering will black out dates should Woodmont either have a half day or school is not scheduled.
What happens if there is a snow day?
Woodmont Academy will offer a make up day to be determined by our school calendar and you will be notified accordingly.
What if my child is sick?
Your child’s meal will be donated to the Priests and Consecrated of our school. Unfortunately, we will not be able to properly preserve or notate every child’s meal when they are absent, and due to food safety regulations we cannot “save” your child’s meal or pass it along to a sibling.
What will be available for the salty/sweet and fruit side item?
Initially we will be pre-selecting the more popular side items for your child’s meal. We will analyze monthly what are the most received by your children and incorporate them into our inventory. In order to start our program as well as to fulfill food safety guidelines, the following have been pre-selected to start our program:
Salty - Mini twist pretzels, Cheddar popcorn or Rice cakes, Lays Potato chips, Cheese Nip Cracker
Fruit - Assorted Fruit Cup, Fresh Red Grapes in bag, Apple Wedges fresh in bag
What if my child does not like the pre-selected side item?
We ask you to educate your child in advance, should they not like a particular side item that accompanies their meal, to please bring it home unopened. As with Woodmont’s current lunch policy, children should not share or exchange lunch items with other children and not waste any food item they did not consume in their lunch box.
