School Hours (aftercare available until 6 pm)

Pre-K3 - Three-Day Program - Tuesday - Thursday                                                                   8:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. 

1/2 Day Pre-K4 (5 day program)
8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. 

 
Full Day Pre-K4 (5 day program)
8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 
Grades K - 8
8:20 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Wednesday Early Release at 2:00 p.m.

Before Care, After Care and Drop-in Care

Before- and AfterCare at Woodmont Academy is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care, and is provided through our Director, Sharon Stenner, for children ages five and older. On regular school days, BeforeCare is available from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and AfterCare from 3:30 - 6:00p.m. Drop-in Care during these hoursis available and requires a 24 hour notice.


Enrollment Options

  • BeforeCare: 7am to 8am - $75 per month
  • AfterCare: 3pm to 6pm - $215 per month
  • Drop-In Care: 7am to 8am - $8 per day; 3pm to 6pm - $15 per day; 12:30 dismissal days - $25 per day

School Delay/Closing Policy

Woodmont Academy follows the Howard County School Closing Policy. In the event that Howard County schools are not in session on a day when a delay or closing is necessary, information will be posted as necessary on WBAL radio and TV, and will be sent to parents who subscribe to the School's Out notification service.
