Application Process
- Application for Admission
Applications can be obtained by calling the Admissions Office or by attending one of our Open Houses. Upon receipt of a student's application, you will be contacted to schedule an interview and testing. Applications continue to be accepted.
- Non Refundable Application Fee
For new student applicants only, $50 per Pre-K student or $75 per K-8 child payable with the application.
- Parent Interview
Both parents will be interviewed prior to acceptance (all grades). The interviews are scheduled by the Admissions Office in February.
- Student Interview
Student applicants in grades 4 and above will also be interviewed.
- New Student Testing
Applicants are not tested for entrance into Pre-K.
All K-8 applicants will be administered an entrance test.
New student testing day will be February 9, 2008.
- Student Shadow Day
A prospective student, applying to grades 4-6, may spend a day "shadowing" at Woodmont Academy, participating in class activities.
- Notification of Acceptance
Following the interview, entrance test, and review of records, you will be notified by letter of your child's acceptance status. If accepted, you will receive all the necessary information to complete the admission and registration process for your child.
